No prior experience is needed. Guidance is offered in simple, accessible ways, and you’re encouraged to take in only what feels manageable.

What if I’m not sure what I need yet?

That’s completely okay. Many people arrive without clarity. The process supports gentle exploration rather than immediate answers.

Is this medical treatment or therapy?

No. This work is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical care, therapy, or a replacement for working with licensed healthcare professionals.
